- Today’s Deals is a tab that allows customers to see ongoing deals and discounts on one dashboard. This is a common way customers find good deals and get exposure to new brands.
- Lightning Deals are a promotional offer where a product is featured for several hours on the Amazon Deals page. Vendors can set up Lightning Deals under the Promotions Section on Vendor Central under the Advertising Tab on the top menu.
- Warehouse deals are special offers on reduced rate goods - most commonly made on refurbished, used, warehouse-damaged or returned products. In some unique cases deals can also include newer products, or those in an open box condition. Products categorised as a warehouse deal are still covered under the fulfilled by Amazon standards, but cannot be classed as ‘new’.
- Deals of the Day (DOTD) are where Amazon provides customers with a selection of daily deals on specific goods. These appear on a dedicated deals page. Set out in a product grid format, customers can browse significant price reductions (subject to availability). All deals expire at 11:59pm at which time a new set of deals are introduced.
