- Login to your amazon account and go to the Store Builder.
- At the top of the page, you will get an error message that notifies you the reason for a rejected page. It will detail which page got the rejection and a general statement about what needs to be fixed.
- If you click edit, it will take you to the image that needs to be altered. If you need a refresh on Amazon's content acceptance policy, go to the help dropdown menu and click on the content acceptance policy. If you need additional support or feel that your page was rejected incorrectly, you can scroll down to the bottom of the page and click get support in the bottom left corner in order to create a case with support.
