Amazon should link your listings to your store automatically through the brand byline (the brand link that is under your product title). However, if you confirm your store is live but are unable to access the store through the brand byline, you must contact support to resolve this.
Seller Central
- Scroll down to the bottom left corner of the Store Builder and click "Get support."
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Get Support" under the "Need more help?" header.
- Select "Advertising and Stores."
- Select the "Store" dropdown category.
- Choose "Basic Settings."
- Mark the "Other Issues" field.
- Describe the issue you are experiencing (brand byline not linking to the store).
- Click "Send."
Advertising Console
- Access the "Advertising Advertising" menu by hovering over the hamburger menu in the top left corner of the screen.
- Select "Support center."
- Search "Stores" and click the first link.
- Under the "Still Need Help?" section, click "Contact us."
- Select the "Stores" category.
- Under the "Specify your topic" section, select "Store byline."
- Describe the issue you are experiencing (brand byline not linking to the store).
- Click "Submit message."
