7. Once you have selected your data criteria from these Drop-Down Menus, you would need to select “Apply” in order for the reports below to be updated accordingly.
8. Once you have the selected views in place, you can then opt to Download the various options for reports by clicking on the “Download” button in the top right hand side of the page.

These two reports will help you to discover whether you are losing sales because there is either a better alternative product out there that customers prefer, or whether you need to upgrade your product content or images on the product page to attract these customers; or whether you need to engage in any marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates with customers, for example, maybe the alternate product is running a coupon or a lightning deal over that period which has contributed to the Alternate Purchase data you are seeing.
