- You can find your Amazon Brand Analytics Dashboard by clicking on the “Reports” tab on the top menu of your Vendor Central Dashboard and selecting “Analytics” from the Drop Down Menu.
- On this next page, you will have an overview of your Brand Analytics Dashboard.
- Click on the "Consumer Behavior Dashboard" link from the left side menu and the "Customer Reviews" link below that.
4. The Customer Reviews Report can be filtered by:
- Category;
- Sub-Category;
- Brand; and
- Selected Time Frame of Weekly, Monthly or Quarterly.
5. You can further view the graph and data by:
- Average Rating;
- All Ratings by Number; and
- All Ratings by Percentage.
6. The table can also have additional product identifiers and information added to it for easier reference or use with your own systems. The table includes the following data:
- Number of reviews that the product has on the last day of the selected time frame;
- Number of reviews that the product had from the previous period;
- Total number of customer reviews posted to-date;
- Average customer rating that the product has on the last day of the selected time frame;
- Average customer rating that the product has on the last day of the previous period;
- Average customer rating based on customer reviews posted to-date;
- Number of reviews posted with a rating of 5 stars in the selected time frame;
- Number of reviews posted with a rating of 4 stars in the selected time frame;
- Number of reviews posted with a rating of 3 stars in the selected time frame;
- Number of reviews posted with a rating of 2 stars in the selected time frame; and
- Number of reviews posted with a rating of 1 star in the selected time frame.
7. Once you have selected your data criteria from these Drop-Down Menus, you would need to select “Apply” in order for the reports below to be updated accordingly.
8. Once you have the selected views in place, you can then opt to Download the various options for reports by clicking on the “Download” button in the top right hand side of the page.
9. This is a great report to track your reviews per ASIN and can help you identify which of your products are not doing well so that you can launch an investigation into further detail per review to see whether it is due to the product itself, the packaging or the content and images used on the product page.
10. This is a most useful report for your Marketing Department.
