- You can find your Amazon Brand Analytics Dashboard by clicking on the “Reports” tab on the top menu of your Vendor Central Dashboard and selecting “Analytics” from the Drop Down Menu.
- On this next page, you will have an overview of your Brand Analytics Dashboard.
- Click on the "Consumer Behavior Dashboard" link from the left side menu and the "Repeat Purchase Behavior" link below that.
- The Repeat Purchase Behaviour Report can be filtered by:
- Category;
- Sub-Category;
- Brand;
- Selected Time Frame of Weekly, Monthly or Quarterly; and
- Can have additional product identifies, et cetera, added to the table.
5. The table itself contains the following data:
- Number of orders for the specified time period. An order may include multiple quantities of a product and differs from ordered units;
- Number of unique customers who placed an order in the selected reporting time frame;
- Number of repeat customers who place an order in the selected reporting time frame as a percentage of the total number of ordered units;
- Ordered revenue from repeat customers for the selected time frame. Returns are not reflected;
- Ordered revenue from repeat customers as a percentage of the total ordered revenue for the selected time frame; and
- Ordered revenue from repeat customers as a percentage of the total ordered revenue for the previous time period.
6. Once you have selected your data criteria from these Drop-Down Menus, you would need to select “Apply” in order for the reports below to be updated accordingly.
7. Once you have the selected views in place, you can then opt to Download the various options for reports by clicking on the “Download” button in the top right hand side of the page.
8. This information provides you with insight as to how many customers come back to buy your product and gives you an idea of how popular your brand is becoming and how many costumers have become loyal to your product or your brand.
9. This can also assist you with developing further marketing campaigns or give you an idea as to how to attract the unique customers back, whether through amended content and images on the product page or more tailored marketing and promotional campaigns.
