- You can find your Amazon Brand Analytics Dashboard by clicking on the “Reports” tab on the top menu of your Vendor Central Dashboard and selecting “Analytics” from the Drop Down Menu.
- On this next page, you will have an overview of your Brand Analytics Dashboard.
- Click on the "Consumer Behavior Dashboard" link from the left side menu and the "Amazon Search Terms" link below that.
- Amazon Search Terms help you discover what products are winning the most clicks and conversions on strategic search terms. You can assess the impact of your marketing campaigns by monitoring trends from this report.
- Your Amazon Search Term report can be filtered by Department, Search Term, ASIN or Product and Time Frames of weekly, monthly or quarterly with the relevant additional Drop-Down Menu options to the right of this time frame selection.
- The Table presented for this report gives data under the following headings:
- The Department in which the ASIN or product is being sold in that time period;
- Keyword searched by Amazon customers in that time period;
- Ranking based on search frequency in that time period;
- Most clicked ASIN based on the search results in the selected time frame;
- Percentage of clicks that the product received in comparison to the total clicks based on the search results in the selected time frame;
- Percentage of conversions that the product achieved in comparison to the total conversions based on the search results in the selected time frame;
- Second most clicked ASIN based on the search results in the selected time frame;
- Percentage of clicks that the product received in comparison to the total clicks based on the search results in the selected time frame;
- Percentage of conversions that the product achieved in comparison to the total conversions based on the search results in the selected time frame;
- Third most clicked ASIN based on the search results in the selected time frame;
- Percentage of clicks that the product received in comparison to the total clicks based on the search results in the selected time frame; and
- Percentage of conversions that the product achieved in comparison to the total conversions based on the search results in the selected time frame.
7. Once you have selected your data criteria from these Drop-Down Menus, you would need to select “Apply” in order for the reports below to be updated accordingly.
8. Once you have the selected views in place, you can then opt to Download the various options for reports by clicking on the “Download” button in the top right hand side of the page.
