- You can find your Operations Performance Dashboard by going to the “Reports” tab on the top menu of your Vendor Central Dashboard and selecting “Operational Performance” from the Drop-Down Menu.
- On this Dashboard, you will be able to see each and every one of the non-compliances that Amazon regulates and how you are doing for each by a percentage measurement for each.
- You will also see graphs and additional metrics for each Non-Compliance you click on.
- You can also choose the dates for which your reports are displayed by clicking on “change dates” under the “Display Report For” heading on the top right side of the page.
- The most relevant of these reports is the Defect List.
- You can find the Defect List on your Operational Performance Dashboard by clicking on “View Defect List” under the “Total Chargebacks” heading in the top right hand corner of the page.
- This is a list of all your non-compliances and the penalty fee for each that you have been charged, waived, or other.
- You can order your Defects List by selecting the relevant criterion from the Drop-Down Menu provided alongside “Order By” found on the top right hand corner of the table of Defects.
- You can also further filter your Defects List by using the various filters to the left lower side of the page.
- What is most important is that you can select certain Defects from the list or even all of them and Export to a CSV file by clicking on “CSV Export” at the top left hand side of the page.
- The best way to use the Defect List Report once you have downloaded it is as follows:
- To see which chargebacks you have been issued and for what reason;
- Which Purchase Orders have been effected;
- How much the penalty is; and
- What the Defect or Non-Compliance actually was.
12. Armed with this information, you can then embark on a thorough investigation as to why you were charged, gather all relevant information against this reasoning and come back to this page to submit the dispute.
13. You can also use this report to manage your reconciliations on what chargebacks are deduced from your payments from Amazon, despite having disputes still pending review.
14. You can also use this report to monitor which of your disputes end up successful and are reversed.
15. It is a very handy report to keep track of all your non-compliances, whether they were charged or waived, whether you have disputed them or not, whether the dispute has been successful or rejected, whether the penalty has come off one of your remittances from Amazon and whether it has been reversed if successful.
