- You can find your Dispute Management Dashboard by going to the “Payments” tab on the top menu of your Vendor Central Dashboard and selecting “Dispute Management” from the Drop-Down Menu.
- Look specifically at the Disputes Summary section in the center of the page as this is where you will be able to generate your reports from.
- Your Dispute Management Dashboard Reports can be broken down into the following:
- Draft – these are Disputes that you are in the process of creating and are still in draft status as they have not yet been submitted.
- Submitted – these are disputes that have been submitted by yourself and have no status for them yet.
- Pending Amazon action - these are disputes that are currently under review by Amazon and are dependent on Amazon’s internal teams responding.
- Pending your action - these are disputes that are currently under review by Amazon and are dependent upon you responding.
- Resolved – these are all disputes that have been resolved and closed.
- All active disputes – these are all disputes that are currently being processed and investigated.
4. You can access each list by clicking on each of the Reports that have an active link or a number alongside it.
5. To download the list of disputes in the table presented, click the "Download" link in the top right side of the table itself.
6. The best way to use the above Dispute Management Reports is as a tracking document.
- Draft Disputes will remind you that you still need to complete them and submit them.
- Submitted Disputes are a record of which items you have already disputed so that you can avoid disputing them twice before the first dispute has been resolved.
- Pending Amazon Action Disputes you can monitor to see how long it takes for them to respond and, if weeks are going by without anything being resolved, you can use the details and the dispute number of these disputes to open individual cases through the Vendor Support Center as well.
- Pending Your Action Disputes are a reminder that you need to do something or provide further evidence or documentation for your dispute.
- Resolved Disputes are a key table for you to see which disputes have been rejected so that you can re-open the dispute timeously; or which disputes have been successful so you can look out for any refunds on your upcoming payments from Amazon.
- All open Disputes obviously gives you an overview of what you are still waiting to resolve.
7. You can use these reports to assist in the reconciliation of your invoices versus your purchase orders versus your Amazon payments, your shortages and anything from your Update Past Due PO Items Report.
