- All of your initial Agreements will be communicated to you via email first.
- Once you are happy with the terms, these will be generated on Vendor Central where you will need to accept them.
- You can find these Agreements on Vendor Central by going to the “Settings” Tab on the top menu of your Vendor Central Dashboard and selecting “Agreements”.
- Any Agreements waiting to be accepted by you will be beneath the “Pending” tab.
- All Agreements that have already been accepted will be under the “Accepted/Rejected” tab.
- Under this latter tab, you will also be able to download the Complete Terms and Conditions of Trade with Amazon.
- Further down, you will see two additional tabs: Co-Op for Agreements related to your Base Accrual, Damage Allowance, Freight Allowance, Promotions, etc.; and Purchasing Terms which relate to your settlement discounts or payment terms, your freight options and your returns options.
- By clicking on each individual agreement, you will also be able to print it to keep a hard copy on file or for presentation options.
- It is important to understand that when you enter into Agreements with Amazon, it means that you are selling your product as a Wholesaler to Amazon who becomes the distributor of your product.
- This also means that Amazon becomes the legal owner of the product they order from you through the terms and conditions of trade with them and their Agreements with you as the Vendor.
