- You can find your Amazon Retail Analytics Dashboard by clicking on the “Reports” tab on the top menu of your Vendor Central Dashboard and selecting “Amazon Retail Analytics” from the Drop Down Menu.
- On this next page, you will have an overview of your Retail Analytics Dashboard.
- Click on the "Product Catalog" link from the left side menu.
- Your Product Catalog is a simple table of all the products you currently have listed with Amazon on your account. You have the Drop Down Menus at the top of the right side of the page which will allow you to choose which data you wish to have in your report.
- Your Distributor View options can either be “Sourcing”, which means you are viewing the products you sourced from another party and shipped to Amazon or, “Manufacturing”, which means you are viewing products you shipped from your own manufacturing warehouse.
- A Further Drop-Down Menu will be Brand (if you sell multiple brands) and you will be provided with a date that this data was last updated on.
5. Once you have selected your data criteria from these Drop-Down Menus, you would need to select “Apply” in order for report below to be updated accordingly.
6. Once you have the selected views in place, you can then opt to Download the various options for reports by clicking on the “Download” button in the top right hand side of the page.
7. The Report is a very simple table containing only the ASIN and the Product Title.
8. As there is so little information available in this report, the main use is to download this list of ASINs to see which of the ASINs you have discontinued or terminated on your own internal systems are still showing in your Amazon Catalog.
9. You can also use this report to view the product titles in the event of you wanting to change them but we recommend you rather download a more detailed report through your “Items” tab on the top menu by selecting “Edit Products” and download the full ASIN list in a spreadsheet that way.
