2. Walmart Marketplace sellers must have a minimum return window of 30 days, which begins 7 days after an item's ship date, with the exception of certain electronics items.
3. Sellers may choose to provide customers with longer return windows.
4. If the conditions in a seller's return policy are met, customers can return items to the seller by printing shipping labels from their Walmart.com accounts or by returning shipment-ready return packages to a Walmart store.
5. Sellers can, however, request exceptions to this standardized return process, as set forth in the exception scenarios below ("Return Policy Exceptions").
