- Unpublish Reasons in the Item Report - There are many reasons why an item may change statuses:
- Primary Image Missing - This means that there is no Primary Image for your item. Please resubmit this item with a valid Primary Image. After you do that, your item should be republished.
- Offer End Date Has Passed - When you set up your item, you put an offer end date that occurred in the past. Please either:
- Resubmit the item with an Offer End Date further in the future.
- Resubmit the item without an offer end date.
- ** Note: Offer end dates are no longer used in Walmart’s latest Spec templates.
- Price Parity Not Satisfied is when a customer would save by purchasing the SKU on a competing website from the identical Seller. When unpublished item prices are back within an acceptable range, Walmart will automatically republish the item. Typically, it can take 1 - 15 minutes for your item to be republished.
- Price Leadership Not Satisfied / Reasonable Price Not Satisfied: This rule will auto-unpublish items from Walmart.com if a customer would save drastically by purchasing the item on a competing website. When unpublished item prices are back within an acceptable range, Walmart will automatically republish the item. Typically, it can take 1 - 15 minutes for your item to be republished.
- Trust and Safety Violation is when your item is violating the rules and regulations of your Walmart Marketplace Retailer Agreement. Please resubmit your item to meet the standards outlined in the Walmart Marketplace Retailer Agreement.
