- In order to cancel an enrolled product in the Vine Program, select “Amazon Vine” from the Drop-Down Menu of the “Merchandising” Tab on the Top Menu of Vendor Central.
- Click on the “Scheduled” link to show products enrolled in Vine, including the number of units enrolled and the number of units received at the fulfillment center.
- To cancel a product that you haven’t shipped yet, select “Edit Enrollments” from the “Actions” Column Drop-Down Menu.
- At the bottom of the next page, select “Cancel this enrollment from Vine” by ticking the box to the left of it.
- Click the “Save Changes” button.
- To cancel a product you have already shipped, you would need to open a case with Amazon by clicking the “Contact Us” button at the bottom of the “Support Page”.
- Select “Vine Program: General Questions” under the “Promotions and Merchandising” Heading and complete your request via email.
