- Completely cover any original barcodes or labels with the new item label.
- Ensure that item labels are readable and scannable.
- Ensure that each unit has its own item label.

10. Add the Vine shipment label to the shipment.
- Place the label no closer than 1.25 inches from any natural edge.
- Don't cover with tape or anything that would cover any critical information.
- Don't combine shipments in boxes.
11. Select a transportation carrier and delivery speed for your shipment. You can ship to Amazon with any carrier and with any shipping speed.
12. Note the below special requirements that apply to large shipments:
- Less than truck load (LTL) and full truck load (FTL) deliveries are large shipments that include wrapped pallets.
- Amazon Vine does not support:
- Boxes that weigh more than 150 pounds
- Items that do not fit on a pallet
- Accepted pallet type:
- Pallet size 40 inches x 48 inches
- Four-way access wooden pallets in good condition
- GMA standard grade B or higher
- To prepare a pallet:
- Stack your boxes so that they do not hang over the edge of the pallet by more than 1 inch.
- Place the heaviest boxes at the bottom.
- Do not build pallets more than 98 inches high. If possible, build pallets to 49'' with solid, flat tops that can be stacked for best truck utilization. If inventory cannot be double stacked or if better utilization can be achieved, build clampable pallets up to 98” tall (93” of inventory + 5” of pallet height) within specifications outlined in section 5.3 of the vendor manual. If inventory cannot be handled with a clamp truck, maximum pallet height is 72”.
- Do not build pallets weighing more than 1,500 pounds.
- Each pallet must be stretched wrapped with transparent plastic layer to prevent shifting during transportation.
13. To send Vine large shipments, download the Vine & FBA Booking Form from the “Operations” section of the “Resource Center”, fill it out, and email it to your carrier.
14. Carriers must adhere to our safety standards and the following delivery requirements:
- Only professional carriers are allowed to make delivery appointments to Amazon fulfillment centers.
- A delivery appointment must be scheduled at least 24 hours ahead. Delivery appointments are not guaranteed with 24-hour notice. Amazon will respond with an appointment within 24 hours of receiving your request. For registration and appointments, please direct your carrier to the Carrier Appointment Request Portal.
- Amazon must be notified if a shipment is delayed. Appropriate schedule changes will be made based on availability.
- The box and pallet counts must be communicated before an appointment can be scheduled. Unit counts are requested if available. Floor-loaded trailers should be called out on the carrier freight bill and the request for approval should be communicated when the appointment is requested.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the carriers who deliver your shipments comply with these guidelines. If a carrier fails to comply with these requirements, Amazon may refuse the delivery.
15. If you use UPS, Amazon requires delivery confirmation in order to track your shipments.
16. Save a copy of your tracking numbers in case there is any trouble receiving your products.
