- In some Vendor Central Accounts, there may be some programs such as the Born To Run Program where you can create your own Vendor-Initiated Orders or Offers.
- To create an offer, select “Vendor-Initiated Orders” from the Drop-Down Menu of the “Orders” tab on the top menu of Vendor Central.
- On the next page, select which of the programs on offer you would like to create an offer for and click the “Go to the Program Link” to the right of the program.
- On the next page, click the “Create a New Offer” button.
- On the following page, enter the “Offer Name” in the relevant text block.
- Select your Vendor Code from the Drop Down Menu provided.
- Select your preference with regards to what to do with your product if it should not sell out within the next ten weeks; this could be a return with shipping and handling fees charged, or Amazon keeps the unsold inventory and charges a retention fee.
- Click the “Continue to Next” button.
- On the following page, enter the ASINs in the text box and separate them by commas or spaces and click the “Add Products” button to the right of this.
- Type in the quantity for each in the relevant “Quantity Offered” text box alongside each ASIN.
- You can choose to remove any ASINs you added by accident by clicking the “Remove” button to the right of each ASIN.
- Click the “Continue to Next” button once you are happy with your selection of ASINs and the quantities for each.
- On the following page, review your offer and select the box alongside the text at the bottom saying, “I have reviewed the offer details summarized above and accept my selected offer terms. These would supplement and amend my existing vendor terms and conditions. I currently have ample stock of the ASIN(s) on hand, and my warehouse team is ready to process the order. Submitting this offer will initiate Amazon review and ordering.”
- Click the “Submit Offer” button to complete your offer.
- Your submitted offer will then show up on the Program Page under the “Under Review” tab.
- Once your offer has been accepted it will show up under the “Active Offers” tab on the Program Page.
- Once your offer has finished, either because it sold out or the ten days have expired, it will show up under the “Completed Offers” tab on the program page.
