- Depending on the freight terms you agreed to in your contract with them (Collect or Prepaid), you may need to provide slightly different information at different times.
- The table below indicates the information Amazon needs from you and when you need to provide it.
- Note: This table doesn't apply to EDI vendors who provide their shipment information in the EDI 753 (carrier request from vendor to Amazon)/EDI 754 (carrier assignment back to vendor from Amazon) and EDI 856 (ASN from vendor to Amazon) specifications.
