- Select "Operational Performance " from the Drop-Down Menu of the "Reports" tab on the top Menu of Vendor Central.
- Select the individual Non-Compliance from the Scrollable bar on your Dashboard that relates to Packaging of your Products, namely:
- Bagging Non-Compliance;
- Suffocation Warning Non-Compliance;
- Bubble Wrap Non-Compliance;
- Set Creation Non-Compliance;
- Boxing Non-Compliance;
- Taping Non-Compliance;
- Opaque Covering Non-Compliance;
- Apparel - Remove Hanger Non-Compliance;
- Ready-to-Ship Packaging Chargeback;
- Dunnage Chargeback;
- Expired Product Chargeback;
- Overweight Carton Chargeback; and
- Oversized Carton Chargeback.
3. Click on the Non-Compliance's total penalty fees for that specific non-compliance located to the right of the graph as a clickable link on the chargeback fees themselves under the title "Chargebacks".
4. On the next page, select the Chargeback or Chargebacks if there are multiples of the same Non-Compliance for the same ASIN or PO Number, and Click on “Dispute Chargeback”.
5. Complete all relevant information in the "Dispute Summary" text box, explaining why you are disputing this Chargeback and disagreeing with Amazon's assessment that this is a Non-Compliance.
6. Upload the below noted documentation as it pertains to the Chargeback you are disputing by clicking the "Add Attachments" button beneath the "Dispute Summary" text box , locating each relevant document and selecting it for upload to the dispute.
7. Click the "Submit Dispute" button at the top right side of the page to submit your dispute for these types of Chargebacks.
- You may only submit a dispute for the same Chargeback twice. If a Chargeback has been disputed and rejected twice, it is no longer eligible for dispute.
- You have 30 days from the date the Chargeback was raised in Vendor Central in which to dispute it.
- To support your dispute, provide one or more images that show the PO/Shipping label, the product, and provide evidence that the product was packaged and barcoded properly as to not require extra prep work once received at Amazon’s fulfillment center.

- To support your dispute, provide the following supporting documentation with your dispute: Completed ISTA6 Packaging Test Report; and Completed Amazon ASIN Enrollment Document.
- To support your dispute, provide image(s) of the PO label and dunnage (packaging materials) with one ASIN from the shipment that shows that the box was shipped with Amazon-compliant packaging material.
- To support your dispute, provide image(s) of the PO label and expiration date on the ASIN that shows that the product was shipped with more than 90 days until the expiration date.
- To support your dispute, provide a summary of the contents of the carton(s) you shipped to Amazon along with the weight of each individual item as proof that the total carton weight is less than 50.0 pounds; or Proof that the carton(s) you shipped to Amazon contained one sellable unit. We farther recommend that each carton does not weigh more than 45 pounds in total to be on the safe side.
- To support your dispute, provide a summary of the contents of the carton(s) you shipped to Amazon along with the dimensions of each individual item as proof that all of the items can fit in a carton not measuring more than 25 inches on any side; or Proof that the sellable unit(s) within the carton(s) measured over 25 inches, which made an oversized carton necessary.
