- If you wish to cancel a dispute you have created due to any number of reasons such as finding evidence that Amazon’s claim was correct or realising you had submitted the incorrect documentation, etc. you can do so by going to your Dispute Management Page by selecting “Dispute Management” from the “Payments” Tab on the Top Menu of your Vendor Central Dashboard.
- Click on “All Active Disputes” under the “Disputes Summary Heading”, locate your specific dispute that you wish to cancel from the Table of Disputes at the bottom of the page, and click “Request Cancellation” to the right of the dispute line under the Column Heading “Actions”.
- A pop-up window will open where you can provide the reason for your cancellation request before clicking “OK” at the bottom right of the pop-up window.
