When using your own carrier for Direct Fulfillment orders, you are required to print your own labels, update tracking, confirm shipment and provide delivery updates.
If you opt for Vendor’s Own Carrier (VOC), you must provide a status update as soon as the package has shipped, and then every 24 hours until the customer receives it.
To get started, select “Direct Fulfillment Orders” from the Drop-Down Menu of the “Orders” tab on the top menu of Vendor Central
To add tracking for your VOC Orders:
Select “Add Tracking” and fill in the fields.
Ensure you enter the carrier name and tracking ID provided by the carrier.
5. To confirm shipment for your VOC Orders, select “Confirm Shipment”.
Ensure you enter the tracking details for order before confirming the shipment
6. For confirming shipments in bulk, select “Update Shipment with Spreadsheet” and update the fields for carrier name, tracking number, and confirm shipment, and re-upload the file.
7. To provide customer delivery notifications, select “Update Shipment Status” and fill in the fields.
Ensure you enter the status of the package, city and the date and time the status was received from your carrier.
8. For bulk shipments, select “Update Shipment Status with Spreadsheet” and fill out the template fields for new status, location, date, and time, then re-upload the file. Explanations of the status updates are detailed below.
9. Repeat these steps each day until the final status is Delivered.
