- Once your documents pass the tests, you can tell Amazon to activate the document and proceed into the EDI system.
- Once you have successfully tested a document, the final step is to tell Amazon to activate this document for you and move it to production in the EDI system.
- Once the document is active, you can start sending or receiving that document.
- To go live and complete the EDI self service setup:
- Click the "Go Live" button for the desired document/survey.
- When prompted with a go live date:
- Select "Yes" to accept the date and time Amazon suggests; or
- Select "No" and select a different date and time to go live with EDI.
- Click the "Submit" button.
- A message that confirms your scheduled go live date appears.
- If you wish to cancel the scheduled go live date, click the "Cancel" button.
5. The document is now scheduled to go live and move to production.
6. At the scheduled date and time, Amazon will enable your document and you will be able to send and receive EDI messages.
7. Amazon will also include the go live date on the summary page under "Go Live".
8. You can change your go live date at any time.
9. Also, once you go live for a transaction, you can always come back, change survey responses, retest, and go live again.
