- If you would prefer to list all of your products via a spreadsheet, you can do so for a single item (in the event it does not show up as being sold on Amazon when you put the Product ID in the block as mentioned previously) or for many products all in one go.
- From the Drop-Down Menu of the Items tab on the top menu, select “Add Products”.
- On the next page you will then select the categories you would like to list your products under.
- If your product type isn't listed, it may require approval, be restricted, or your application for it is under review.
- In this instance, list your product under the remaining categories that are suitable that you can list products under and contact Amazon directly through your cases to ask them when and how you can list in the particular category you are currently not able to.
- You can also remove a category at the bottom of this pop up block if you accidentally ticked one and make sure to review your chosen categories in the bottom cell before clicking “continue”.
- You can then select the “Add a Single Product” button or the “Add Multiple Products with a NIS Template”.
- On the next page, you can select whether you would like a spreadsheet template for a single product or multiple products, you can select the category you wish to list the product in, you can choose the template you wish to use and then you can select “download template”.
- One you have opened up the template, you can then proceed to complete all the relevant information as it pertains to your product.
- Note that column headers in Orange denote required information so all of these MUST be completed.
- Once you have done one of these spreadsheets for your full catalog listing, you can then duplicate the entire listing for each of the other categories and Vendor Codes you wish to list your product under if more than one and upload the full and final template.
- If you selected All Categories then you will be able to choose sub-categories on the template for each product and only need to complete one template for these categories.
- Once you have all of your templates ready, you can go back to the same “Add Products” page and click “Choose File” under the Upload Products Header at the bottom of the page, select your file and then click the “Submit” button.
- It normally takes Amazon about 24 hours for them to accept or reject your product listings and your products will then appear in your Catalog with an ASIN if one is not already present for that product on Amazon.
- This is when you can add images and video.
- It is also important to note that your templates do allow for you to create your variations here as well so if you have planned your inventory properly, you can create the twisters or variations in the bulk upload and avoid having to do this later.
- You can also use this template to upload inventory for direct fulfillment if you plan on doing direct fulfillment for any of your products and simply choose the relevant vendor code on the spreadsheet for the products that are being filled via direct fulfillment.
- If there are errors in your submissions on these spreadsheets, Vendor Central will tell you in a matter of minutes after you have uploaded the spreadsheet under the Product Submission Summary in the top right side of the page.
- Click on the number value alongside the errors line and it will take you to a page where you can download the errors in the spreadsheet, fix them then and there and re-upload them on the same page.
- You can also view your product submissions by going to the “Items” tab on the top menu of Vendor Central and selecting “View Product Submissions” from the Drop-Down menu provided.
- You can again select to download the template with errors in it and fix them in the template and re-upload them on the same page.
