- You can locate the document that Amazon provides for you to use to identify and manage any of your products that may be considered dangerous by downloading the “Dangerous Goods (Hazmat) Identification and Management Guide” under the Heading “Selling Your Products” in the Resource Center found in the Support Center on Vendor Central.
- You need to also complete an Exemption Sheet for your product off of Amazon if your product requires it, which you can do by going to the “Support Center” on Vendor Central, selecting “Resources”, scrolling down to the heading “Selling Your Products” and downloading and completing any of these forms as applicable:
- Exemption Sheet for Battery and Battery-powered Products; and
- Exemption Sheet for Products without harmful chemicals.
3. When you you have the relevant certifications and exemption sheets, you can then send these on to Amazon by going to the Support Center by selecting the “Contact Us” button at the bottom of the page.
4. Select your business group on the next page and then “MSDS/Supplemental Hazmat Information” from the Drop Down Menu under the “Manage My Catalog” section.
5. Amazon’s internal teams will then notify you if all is in order for your relevant products.
6. If they require further information, they will request it from you.
