State 2: Your submission contains errors that need to be fixed.
In this case, your report will not have ASINs associated with your SKUs/ submission. It will clearly describe the reason behind the failure in the “Error Description” column of the report. This will guide you on how to correct the errors. Re-submit the content through your CSP after resolving the reported errors.
State 3: Your submission contains errors that require Amazon’s action. In this case too, your report will not generate ASINs, but it will describe the issue and the action Amazon is taking, in the “Error Description” column of the report. Amazon will resolve this error; no action required from your end.
