- In order to edit your Products' Costs to Amazon, go to “Items” on the top menu of your Vendor Central Dashboard and select “Edit Item Costs” from the Drop-Down Menu.
- Select which spreadsheet you would like to download, namely “Download costs for all available ASINs” or “Specify costs to update” and select the criteria from the Drop-Down Menu beneath this latter option, type in the relevant codes based on your Drop Down selection and tick or untick the “Download entire family (if applicable)?” box as necessary.
- Click the “Download Costs” button.
- When your download is ready, click the “Download excel spreadsheet” button and open the spreadsheet up.
- When the spreadsheet opens, click the “Enable Editing” button at the top of the page and select the “Cost” tab at the bottom.
- You can now insert your new Cost into the relevant column as well as the effective date. Further optional information is to give a reason for your cost increase as well as an HTS or tariff code for your products if the reason for the price increase is a new tariff.
- Once you have completed the spreadsheet, save it as required and return to the “Edit Item Costs” page.
- At the bottom of this page, under “Step 3 – Upload Costs”, click on the grey “Choose File” button and upload your spreadsheet.
- Amazon can take anywhere between 30 days and several months to process your request.
